About the Role
The Distributor owns everything after the product is built. This role is responsible for taking finished videos and systems and exchanging them for money and growth — through publishing, monetization, partnerships, and audience support. Distributors do not create content from scratch; they maximize the value of what already exists. If the Builder owns the final product, the Distributor owns reach, revenue, and sustainability. This role is remote and requires strong judgment, speed, and accountability.
What You'll Do

Publish and manage long-form and short-form content across platforms

Own YouTube monetization performance (CTR, retention signals, cadence health)

Execute and optimize membership CTAs, descriptions, pinned comments, and community posts

Identify and pursue affiliate, sponsorship, and brand partnership opportunities

Coordinate with external partners and manage outreach conversations
-
Track performance metrics and flag risks early (views, RPM, CTR, revenue)

Maintain clean publishing checklists and schedules
-
Propose monetization experiments and test them responsibly

Ensure every piece of content has a clear path to value exchange
