CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:
All purchases are final sale. In the rare event that a session needs to be cancelled from our end (e.g., coach unavailability or unforeseen circumstances), you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
You may reschedule your session once, at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the session may not be accommodated. All rescheduled sessions must be completed within 14 days of the original booking.
