AylexTV Inc. ("AylexTV", "we", "us") operates aylextv.com and related YouTube
channels owned by the company. This policy explains how we handle data in
connection with our internal analytics tools, including tools that use
YouTube API Services.

1. Data we collect
We do not collect personal data from end users through our website.
For our internal analytics scripts that use YouTube API Services, we
authenticate only the channel owner's own Google account and read
only that account's own YouTube channel data (video metadata, public
statistics, audience retention, and traffic source breakdowns).

2. Use of data
Data collected through YouTube API Services is used solely for the
channel owner's internal content planning and reporting. It is never
sold, transferred, or combined with data from other sources.

3. Storage and security
Data is written to private Google Sheets and local JSON caches on the
channel owner's machine. OAuth tokens are stored in restricted local
files. No cloud database, no third-party data sharing.

4. Third parties
We do not share data with third parties. We use Google's YouTube API
Services and are bound by the YouTube API Services Terms of Service
(https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Google's Privacy Policy
(https://policies.google.com/privacy).

5. Data retention
Cached analytics data is retained on the channel owner's machine
indefinitely for historical comparison. No data is retained on our
servers because we do not operate a public-facing app or database.

6. Your choices
If you email us at info@aylextv.com, that email and any information
you include are retained for the purpose of responding to you.

7. Changes
We may update this policy. The last updated date at the top will
reflect any changes.
