AylexTV Inc. ("AylexTV", "we", "us") operates aylextv.com and the YouTube channels owned by the company. This policy explains how we handle data on our website and in our internal content tools, including tools that use YouTube API Services.

1. YouTube API Services
Our internal content tools use YouTube API Services. By using them, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) explains how Google handles data.

2. What our tools access
Our tools connect only to YouTube channels owned by AylexTV Inc., through Google sign in, and only our own team uses them. For those channels they read video, playlist and channel details, statistics, our own captions and YouTube Analytics reports, and they upload our own videos and update their details, thumbnails, playlists and our own comments. For research, they read public details of other public YouTube videos returned by YouTube search (titles, channel names, view and subscriber counts).

3. How we use it
Only to publish, organize and review our own channels and to plan our own lessons. We do not sell YouTube API data, show it publicly or use it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that process it for us (such as our cloud storage and productivity tools), never for their own use.

4. Storage and security
Data is kept in private Google Sheets and on company computers. Sign in tokens are kept in restricted files on those computers.

5. Data retention
Data from our own connected channels is kept while the channel stays connected, so we can compare results over time. Data about other channels' videos is refreshed or deleted within 30 days; after that we keep only the video link and our own notes. When access to an account is revoked, we delete the data we stored from that account within 7 days. Email you send us is kept as long as needed to answer you.

6. How to revoke access
In addition to asking us to delete your data, anyone who connected a Google account to our tools can revoke that access at any time on the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. To ask us to delete data, email info@aylextv.com and we will do it within 7 days.

7. Our website
If you contact us through the form on our website, book a session or email us, we keep what you send so we can answer you and provide the service. Our website host, Wix, processes those details and uses cookies to run the site. We do not sell your information.

8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
