What You'll Do

Design high-CTR YouTube thumbnails with multiple variations specifically for A/B testing

Test visual styles, emotions, and compositions

Collaborate with strategists to align thumbnail + title
Requirements:

Strong YouTube CTR knowledge (understands what actually makes people click)

Proven experience designing high-performing YouTube thumbnails

Ability to create bold, clear, and curiosity-driven visuals

Skilled in Photoshop or equivalent design software

Strong understanding of YouTube composition, contrast, and mobile readability
-
Ability to follow reference styles and brand guidelines
-
Capable of delivering fast turnaround times

Open to feedback and quick revisions
