About the Role

You turn raw footage into binge-worthy, high-retention long-form videos. You don’t just cut clips. You control pacing, emotion, and watch time. This role is remote and requires strong self-management, discipline, and communication.

What You'll Do

  • Build final long-form videos from Videographer-provided footage and scripts

  • Execute edits with a focus on clarity, pacing, and cohesion

  • Follow Day 1 / Day 2 / Day 3 review workflows precisely

  • Apply feedback efficiently without excessive revision churn

  • Maintain clean project organization and asset labeling

  • Ensure outputs meet agreed quality standards before handoff

  • Flag upstream issues early if footage or structure breaks

  • Prepare all assets for clean handoff

  • Thumbnail creation may be included depending on the academy’s structure — Builders are expected to understand thumbnail logic even when not executing it directly.
