About the Role
You turn raw footage into binge-worthy, high-retention long-form videos. You don’t just cut clips. You control pacing, emotion, and watch time. This role is remote and requires strong self-management, discipline, and communication.
What You'll Do

Build final long-form videos from Videographer-provided footage and scripts

Execute edits with a focus on clarity, pacing, and cohesion

Follow Day 1 / Day 2 / Day 3 review workflows precisely

Apply feedback efficiently without excessive revision churn

Maintain clean project organization and asset labeling

Ensure outputs meet agreed quality standards before handoff

Flag upstream issues early if footage or structure breaks

Prepare all assets for clean handoff

Thumbnail creation may be included depending on the academy’s structure — Builders are expected to understand thumbnail logic even when not executing it directly.
