About the Role
You turn raw footage into binge-worthy, high-retention long-form videos. You don’t just cut clips. You control pacing, emotion, and watch time. This role is remote and requires strong self-management, discipline, and communication.
What You'll Do

2–3 long-form YouTube videos per week

Each video must include 3-5 clipped shorts
Requirements:

Strong YouTube editing skills

Ability to follow editing SOPs

Fast turnaround time

Reliable communication
